MineDev - Terms of Service

1. Service Scope:
MineDev provides Minecraft server development services, including plugin configuration, bug fixing, optimization, and support as specified by the selected pricing tier. Services outside the selected tier require separate agreement or additional fees.

2. Payment Policy:
Full payment is required upfront - via PayPal - before work commences. Refunds will only be issued if no work has started. Once work begins, refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.

3. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery timelines are provided but not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Subscription Tiers:
Service features and support levels are limited to the chosen subscription tier. Higher-tier benefits are not available to lower-tier subscribers unless explicitly upgraded.

5. Premium Plugin Access:
Access to premium plugins is governed by licensing agreements. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of premium content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Communication:
All project communication must occur via Discord or other agreed platforms. Clients must maintain respectful and timely communication throughout the engagement. Failure to respond within reasonable timeframes may delay or suspend work.

7. Modifications and Requests:
The number of changes, fixes, or plugin updates is limited according to the subscription tier. Excess requests may incur additional charges or require a tier upgrade.

8. Data Privacy and Security:
MineDev does not retain server files, credentials, or sensitive data longer than necessary to complete the work. All client data is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill services.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property:
All custom work provided becomes the client’s property upon full payment. However, clients may not claim authorship, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the work without explicit written permission from MineDev.

10. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide timely access to their server console, FTP, hosting panel, or other necessary resources. Delays caused by lack of access are the client’s responsibility and may affect delivery timelines.

11. Support Limitations:
Support is limited to technical issues directly related to MineDev’s work. MineDev is not responsible for unrelated server crashes, hosting issues, third-party plugin conflicts, or external software problems.

12. Abuse and Termination:
Abusive behavior, harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct towards MineDev or its team will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

13. Service Suspension and Refusal:
MineDev reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or terminate service at any time, especially if terms are violated or for conduct detrimental to the business.

14. Liability Disclaimer:
MineDev is not liable for any data loss, plugin corruption, gameplay issues, or server instability caused by third-party tools, player misuse, hosting problems, or software conflicts beyond MineDev’s control.

15. Downtime and Hosting Issues:
MineDev is not responsible for server downtime, hosting errors, or external network issues unrelated to its development work.

16. Security:
Clients are solely responsible for securing access credentials (FTP, console, hosting panel). MineDev is not liable for any exploits, hacks, or security breaches resulting from client negligence.

17. Updates and Compatibility:
MineDev is not responsible for plugin failures or issues caused by Minecraft version updates unless explicitly covered in the client’s subscription tier or agreement.

18. Indemnification:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold MineDev harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their use of services or violation of these terms.

19. Changes to Terms:
MineDev reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
